As Programmes Manager - Inclusive Talent Engagement, I lead on the continued development and delivery of our Creative Industry Placements, Future Artists Programme as well as other Upgrade Yourself programmes focussed on supporting career pathways for emerging talent aged 16-30 that is under-represented in the creative sector.
